The course teaches workers about common hazards found in confined spaces, and about the OSHA standard that addresses them. Participants will learn about safe entry procedures, monitoring principles, entry permits, ventilation, personal protective equipment and the roles of the entrant, attendant, and entry supervisor. Course includes extensive hands-on training in confined space entry and the use of PPE.
