So much more than just Brick and Mortar. Training and education is the foundation the BAC membership advantage. We provide in-depth, quality training and educational courses for our membership from day one.

New BAC apprentices receive critical job preparation skills through the IMTEF pre-job training programs. Along with craft-specific technical and hands-on training, they learn health, safety and workplace skills. When our apprentices complete the program, they are ready to contribute safely and productively on the job-site.

APPRENTICESHIPS - The other four year degree.

Apprenticeships typically last 3–4 years, during which apprentices receive classroom, shop, and on-the-job-training. Much of that training is provided at our training centers, as well as the National Training Center.
